Good businesses don’t sell...

They influence.

Business isn't B2C or B2B anymore.

In business, we always ask 'who do we sell to'?
We believe that's the wrong question.

The right question is...

Who influences your success?

Welcome to Business to Many

A new framework for organisations that want to thrive in an interconnected world.

Your business is no longer judged by customers alone.

What shapes your success?

Not just what you sell.

But...

  • What Google understands about you.

  • What AI says about you.

  • What your employees say about you.

  • What your customers share.

  • What journalists write.

  • What your partners recommend.

  • What your competitors leave unanswered.

Business has become connected.

Business is measured, often in ways you often don't see.

Every organisation is evaluated by an ecosystem.

  • Customers.

  • Employees.

  • Partners.

  • Communities.

  • Search.

  • Artificial Intelligence.

  • Media.

  • Investors.

  • Government.

  • Future employees.

Every interaction shapes every decision.

Every business is now a
Business to Many business.

Whether you're...

  • A law firm

  • An accounting firm

  • A technology company

  • A manufacturer

  • A retailer

  • A university

  • A government agency

  • A not-for-profit

  • A global enterprise

...your success depends on many audiences, not one.

How we work with you.

How we work with you.

We don't sit outside your business. We become part of it.

We don't arrive with a presentation, deliver a report and disappear.

We become part of your business.

We challenge assumptions, lead change, mentor your team and help build a stronger organisation from the inside out.

Sometimes that's one day a week.

Sometimes it's a 120-day transformation.

Always, it's about leaving your business stronger than we found it.

Chaos to clarity

Sometimes the fastest way forward is to pull everything apart first.

Successful businesses often become complicated businesses. Different messages. Different visuals. Different voices. Different ideas. Over time, clarity is replaced by complexity.

We begin by breaking your business down to its foundations—your strategy, identity, language, digital presence and customer experience. We challenge every assumption before rebuilding each element with purpose.

The result isn't just better marketing. It's a business that speaks with one voice, builds trust at every touchpoint and is ready for the way the world works today.

WHO WE ARE

Meet the Founders

Andrew Clarke

For more than 30 years, Andrew has worked at the intersection of business, marketing and storytelling. He has led marketing teams, rebuilt brands, transformed websites, won major tenders, launched products and helped organisations navigate periods of significant change.

He has learned that marketing is rarely the real problem.

More often, businesses suffer from complexity. Years of growth, new products, different voices and changing technology create confusion. Messages become inconsistent. Brands lose clarity. Teams stop telling the same story.

That is where Andrew works best.

He is naturally both creative and analytical. He challenges assumptions, asks difficult questions and pulls businesses apart to understand what really drives trust, influence and growth. Where others see chaos, he sees patterns.

Elaine Schillinger

Elaine has spent nearly 30 years in marketing and communication, most of it in senior roles across corporate Australia. She now runs Let's Present, working as a consultant, facilitator and Fractional CMO.

Her work usually starts in a meeting room, not a strategy document.

Somebody has 20 minutes to explain something that matters, and it is not landing. The thinking is sound. The slides are full. The audience is checking their phones. Elaine's job is to work out what the audience actually needs to hear, and then get the person in the room confident enough to say it.

She builds capability rather than dependency. Teams she works with keep the skills after she leaves, which is the point. That extends to AI, where she is practical about what it does well, blunt about what it does badly, and clear that it should sharpen a company's voice rather than replace it.

Complex ideas made useful. That is the whole job.
